The service I experienced was exceptional, with a warm and welcoming team ensuring I felt at home. The dining options were creative and delicious, elevating my stay to a memorable culinary experience. However, the cold pool temperature was quite disappointing, as it deterred many from enjoying this facility. Additionally, my last night was marred by noise from a wedding below my room, impacting the overall relaxation I had hoped for.
